Our mission is to empower caregivers in supporting the holistic development of each child through curated resources that foster emotional well-being from the earliest, most impressionable stages.
By addressing the emotional well-being of both children and caregivers, we aim to support a nurturing environment where all can thrive.
Let’s talk about
Proactive Parenting
Proactive parenting involves anticipating and addressing a child's needs or potential challenges before they arise, setting clear expectations and consistent routines. Reactive parenting, on the other hand, focuses on responding to a child's behavior or issues after they occur, often leading to more immediate, but less planned, interventions.
As Christina Westbrook states in her discussion of proactive vs. reactive parenting, being proactive in our parenting practice “can help us respond from a less emotional place and give our children a greater sense of stability and security.”
